Situated on the Snowland Leisure caravan site in Par, St Austell Bay, Cornwall. 

The site is safe and quiet, the place to relax. If its noise & entertainment  and crowds you want it is  Butlins or Haven  you need, not here. 

Facilities include indoor pool, clubhouse, shop, cafe and launderette, also onsite for extra payment, there is a gym , horse riding, fishing lakes  and a Solarium

Our spacious caravans are kept to a high standard, very clean,  sleep up to six persons [ all linen is provided  & beds made up]  two or three bedrooms, lounge/diner, shower and toilet and come  complete with Free view TV,  radio/cd,   microwave,  hoover and iron . 

Gas & electric is free.

A welcome  pack of  tea/sugar/coffee/milk/bread/butter to get you started.

       Maps and discount brochures are provided.

There are convenience shops, post office,  pubs, chip shop, take-away  and pasty shops  just

outside the site. The market about two miles away, beside it "Kidz World", endless

amusements for the children .  Beach is 15mins  walk.

Lots to do and see nearby including beaches, cliff top walks, ports, castles, Eden project, golf and further  afield,  Padstow, Newquay  Truro, Flambards. and Lands End.

Buses outside the site and the Railway station is ten mins: walk .
Ideally situated for visiting the whole of Cornwall by car, train or bus.

We meet you at the site entrance, introduce ourselves and take you to your caravan, explain everything you want to know, tell you about the local area and interesting places to go and we are on-site so you can contact us at any time.

We do not just grab your money and run !
